Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 19, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Firdavs Abdunazarov (“I”, “me”) collects, stores, and uses personal information when you visit firdavs.xyz, request product access, or communicate through this website.

1. Information we collect

We collect information that you provide directly, and limited operational records needed to honor preferences and product access:

  • Contact form:Name, email address, and any messages you include.
  • Footer / Writing newsletter signup:Email address, form source, a copy-version identifier for the notice shown, and the time of submission. This is an explicit request for product updates and occasional essays. A pending preference is stored until you confirm mailbox ownership via a verification link.
  • Course and free-template forms:Email address, the resource you requested (for example a free Framer template or the free Framer course), form source, the exact marketing-notice copy version, whether each preference checkbox was checked by default, the two values you actually submitted, and the time of submission. The two independent checkboxes are labeled “Receive product updates” and “Receive occasional personal essays.” Both start checked; returning visitors see their saved choices. You can uncheck either or both and still receive the requested free access. A default-checked submission is recorded as a preference choice with that provenance — it is not labeled as affirmative opt-in and is not treated as eligibility for every future broadcast.
  • Remembering your details:After a successful request, this browser stores your email, your two selected preferences, and the free resources you unlocked for use over the next 180 days; expired details are removed when the site next reads them. This prefills future requests and avoids repeating the free-course prompt. “Use another email” or clearing your browser’s site data removes these saved details. This device memory is not an account or proof of identity. We also email the resource link you requested, regardless of your optional marketing choices.
  • Imported customer / order history:Separately from website forms, historical Lemon Squeezy customer and order exports may be imported into the same audience database for product history and reconciliation. Those imports preserve legacy provider subscription states and suppressions; they do not invent original marketing disclosures that were not in the export.
  • Usage data:Basic analytics about how visitors use the site (such as pages visited), without using that alone as a marketing opt-in.

2. Product access versus marketing use

Product access (free templates, free course materials, and any future paid entitlements) is kept separate from marketing preference. Unchecking either email-preference checkbox does not block the free resource you asked for. Unchecking also does not unsubscribe someone who already has a verified subscription — withdrawal is handled on the preference page.

Merely knowing another person’s email cannot reveal or claim their purchase history. Paid entitlements are not enabled from imported orders until payment/refund status is reconciled, and mailbox ownership is verified before revealing prior purchases or account-linked entitlements.

3. How we use your information

  • To respond to inquiries submitted via contact forms.
  • To deliver requested free resources and (when applicable) confirm ownership of the mailbox used for access or subscription.
  • To send confirmation email and, after an eligible verified preference, product updates and occasional essays (via Amazon SES when campaign sending is enabled).
  • To honor unsubscribe and suppression requests, and to avoid marketing mail to bounced or complained addresses.
  • To improve the website based on aggregate usage.

4. Storage, providers, retention, and international processing

Contact records live in an audience database on the hosting server for this site (not inside a third-party marketing audience as the primary store). Preference events, sources, verification state, suppressions, and product relationships are kept so an unsubscribe or bounce survives ordinary retries, re-downloads, and provider changes.

  • Transactional and campaign email (Amazon SES):Amazon Simple Email Service delivers confirmation emails, requested course/template access messages, contact-form notifications, and — only after a verified, eligible preference — occasional product announcements and personal essays. SES processes the recipient address, message content, and delivery events (such as bounces and complaints) in the AWS region configured for this site. Campaign delivery records (campaign identity, send attempts, and delivery outcomes) are stored in the audience database so withdrawals and suppressions remain enforceable. SES is not used as a separate marketing audience store — the audience database on the hosting server remains authoritative. Broadcasts stay disabled until explicitly enabled.
  • Legacy transactional provider (Resend):Resend may still receive bounce, complaint, and unsubscribe webhooks during cutover so existing suppressions stay in sync. Marketing-contact sync to Resend Audiences remains disabled; provider IDs are not primary contact identifiers.
  • Two independent choices and withdrawal:“Receive product updates” and “Receive occasional personal essays” are separate preferences on one contact. You can withdraw from either topic (or both) using the unsubscribe or preferences link in an email, or the email preferences page when you have a valid link. A product-update withdrawal does not by itself change your essay choice, and the reverse. A default-checked form submission is recorded with that provenance and is not treated as eligibility for every future broadcast. Global suppressions (for example after an unsubscribe-from-all, hard bounce, or complaint) always win.
  • Hosting:The website and API run on hosting infrastructure that may process data outside your country of residence.
  • Analytics:Privacy-friendly analytics may track website performance without individually identifying you for marketing enrollment.
  • Retention and backups:Contact and preference records are retained while useful for the purposes above, or as needed to honor suppressions and legal obligations. Campaign delivery records are retained as needed to prove delivery outcomes, honor withdrawals, and prevent duplicate sends. Database backups may retain copies for a limited recovery window.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes.

5. Verification, withdrawal, and your rights

Footer signup requires email verification before the subscription is activated. Confirmation links are single-use and expire. You can withdraw at any time using the preference / unsubscribe link in transactional or campaign emails, or via the email preferences page when you have a valid link. Course and template forms link to the same preference path. Campaign emails use opaque, withdrawal-scoped tokens for unsubscribe links; those tokens do not grant the ability to subscribe someone else or change unrelated preferences. An existing unsubscribe is not reversed by submitting a footer or resource form again; a dedicated, verified resubscription step is required.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of the information we hold about you via the contact form on this site. Suppression records may be preserved as needed to prevent unwanted mail after deletion of other contact details.
